Application and Technology Takeover

The takeover and administration of applications and select technologies or the application portfolio and its modernization is a product enabling the takeover of an IT solution as a standardized and practically verified procedure for documenting an existing IT infrastructure and creating conditions for its smooth takeover for service or operation by an external subject.

  • The initial analysis determines the current state and scope of the solution, defines the desired target state of service, SLA specifications, and tasks for further process phases (procedures, deadlines, budget)
  • The technical analysis comprises an acceptance plan, conditions and confirmation of feasibility, familiarization with documentation and SW/HW components of the IT solution taken over, detailed takeover plan, confirmation of process feasibility, and technical and contractual aspects
