Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about ASSIST training.
Training starts at 9:00 and ends at 16:00. You can take it with us in the IBC building in Florence, where there is an equipped workplace and refreshments waiting for you, or you can join us online from the comfort of your own home. You will receive all materials digitally or on paper and on the last day of the course you will receive a certificate of completion.
You can apply no later than 5 working days before the start of the course — just send a binding order. Once we process it, you will receive a confirmation via email. Before the start of the course, we will send you all important information to the same address.
The prices of the courses are shown without VAT and include a tutor, rental of technical equipment needed for teaching, training materials and refreshments. On the contrary, they do not include travel and any accommodation costs of participants. The invoice will be issued to you immediately after the end of the course, the invoice maturity is set at 14 days from the date of issue.
If you are unable to attend the course, you can send a substitute on your behalf or cancel your participation. Please let us know no later than 5 working days before the start of the course.
