We are looking for a new reinforcement to our DevOps team - a technically capable and motivated colleague or colleague who would cover the DevOps area for our portfolio and mainly participate in:

  • design of technical solutions in the field of DevOps, Cloud and IT infrastructure
  • Deploy, deploy, and support environments primarily in AWS, GCP, and the internal cloud
  • Support development teams to deploy applications to the runtime environment
  • support of FINOP and SECOPS activities
  • improvement and support of processes for deployment and monitoring solutions, selection of technologies in accordance with modern IT trends
  • analysis of operational problems and optimization of operational applications
  • creating and testing CI/CD scripts
  • sharing experience with colleagues and working with developers to implement new components

We have our own AWS accounts where we run applications of global reach. Our DevOps team is closely connected to DEV teams

When working, you will definitely need:

  • DevOps
  • CI/CD
  • AWS
  • Czech (C1)
  • English (B2)

Knowledge also comes in handy:

  • GCP
  • Linux
  • Docker
  • Terraform
  • orientation in network issues
  • Git (lab) versioning and workflow management, CI/CD pipeline
  • PaaS, IaaS, including migration and application portfolio operation
  • automation of SW development, deployment and testing

And experience with IBM HTTP server/Apache/nginx and container traffic (Docker) including monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) and experience with orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, UrbanCode Deployment, ArgoCD) will not hurt either.
We would love to meet anyone who knows AWS ECS, GCP, GitlaBee, TerraForm and wants to get to know the other techstack we work with.

In the morning I solve routine tasks that are waiting for automation, then a block of meetings comes and in the afternoon I can fully immerse myself in the development. My days are often diversified by educational or project meetings with clients. I enjoy the fact that work never slips into a routine and I'm not bored -- I'm constantly learning something new while passing on the experience to more junior colleagues.
