Hledáme k sobě juniorního vývojáře nebo vývojářku, který/á má chuť růst, přinášet nápady a podílet se na vývoji smysluplného systému. Nečekej mikromanagement – dáme ti důvěru i prostor.

🧩 Co tě u nás čeká?

• Budeš spolupracovat přímo s lead developerem na vývoji a architektuře systému

• Čeká tě návrh řešení, možnost říct svůj názor a učit se z diskusí

• Stack: React (frontend), Node.js + TypeScript (backend), AWS (Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS)

• Kód testujeme, nasazujeme přes CI/CD, zodpovídáme za celý lifecycle – uvidíš vše

• Flexibilní pracovní doba – nepotřebujeme tě 9–5, ale chceme pravidelnou domluvu a výsledky

• Remote z celé ČR – nepotřebuješ být v kanceláři, ale můžeš dorazit na týmové setkání v Praze


🎯 Koho hledáme?

Nemusíš být expert – hledáme někoho se základy a chutí růst.

💻Základní znalosti (Hard skills):

• Umíš psát kód v JavaScriptu nebo TypeScriptu

• Máš základní zkušenost s Reactem a Node.js (školní projekt, vlastní appka, cokoliv)

• Znalost cloudu (např. AWS, GCP nebo Azure) je výhoda, ne podmínka

• Domluvíš se česky/slovensky (C1) a zvládneš anglický call nebo dokumentaci (B2)

• Se nebojí zeptat, když si neví rady

• Umí naslouchat i sdílet nápady

• Má chuť věci zlepšovat a chápat „proč“

In the morning I solve routine tasks that are waiting for automation, then a block of meetings comes and in the afternoon I can fully immerse myself in the development. My days are often diversified by educational or project meetings with clients. I enjoy the fact that work never slips into a routine and I'm not bored -- I'm constantly learning something new while passing on the experience to more junior colleagues.
