We are looking for a new colleague to join our existing development team as a QA Engineer. We expect our new team member to help us improve and maintain the quality of our application, which is used by thousands of users every day, and to actively participate in:

  • Collaborating with the development and product teams to design test scenarios
  • Implementing end-to-end test scenarios using Cypress and Cucumber/Gherkin
  • Automating end-to-end tests
  • Working with the development team to improve application quality
  • Testing and ensuring the quality of delivered features in the current sprint

Our application architecture mainly includes the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS cloud solutions, Axon Framework, and PostgreSQL.


What we require:

  • Experience with Cypress and Cucumber-Gherkin
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Git
  • REST/WebSockets
  • At least 2 years of experience in development or automated testing
  • A proactive approach
  • Logical thinking skills
  • Ability to grasp complex business logic
  • Czech language at C1 level for team communication
  • English at minimum B2 level for daily communication with the client (stand-ups and communication with international users in English)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with React/Angular, ReScript, or PWA
  • OAuth2/OIDC
  • Cloud experience – ideally AWS or GCP
  • University degree in IT

I enjoy the fact that work never slips into a routine and I'm not bored -- I'm constantly learning something new while passing on the experience to more junior colleagues.
